Damien J Carter

DAMIEN J. CARTER currently one of Europe's hottest rising talents in the House Music Scene!

His latest production What World was signed by Fat Boy Slim for Skint / Loaded Records in UK and also has been selected for one of the world's most successful video games, EA Sports FIFA Word Cup.
The videogame will ship on all platforms including PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system, the Xbox and Xbox 360 video game systems from Microsoft, Nintendo GameCube, Nintendo DS, and Game Boy Advance, PSP (PlayStation Portable) system, PC and mobile in April 2006 in anticipation of the real-world tournament which begins in June.

Damien started DJing at the age of 14 - first he was into Hip Hop, then he turned to House Music, but always, as he mentions, he played vinyl with a soul. After building up a loyal fan-crowd in local clubs, big business took notice him. The result of his first Hit Single Holding On (Milk& Sugar Rec / Credence UK) was simply amazing and led to bookings to all major events like Miami, Ibiza, Nature One Festival and the Love parade.

Since then, music stars like Gary Barlow, Harry Choo Choo Romero, Silicone Soul, RnB Diva Mya and UK..1 artist Daniel Bedingfield all have been asking for a studio session with Damien - even Hollywood ordered one of his demanded remixes (Scary Movie). Current names on his ever-growing studio-schedule are Jonathan Ulysses (resident at Ibiza's notorious Space) and Eddie House Music Amador.

To think that Damien's success is surprising is certainly not right. Whoever has seen him live on stage which can only be recommended- recognizes that this guy definitely knows what hes doing. Where other DJs just seem to be bored of doing their work, Damien spins up to four records at the same time, lets the vinyl's turn forward and backward, with the needle on top or on the bottom (it's true!) even David Morales had to look at twice to believe his eyes!
